Dead On Arrival Policy

There is a live guarantee on all livestock (unless told otherwise).

I cannot guarantee live arrival on packages that were delayed, whether due to extreme weather, incorrect location, acts of mother nature, or failure to pick up the package within an hour.
I will do my best to go over correct addresses and appropriate weather, but I am one person who sends multiple packages on the shipping day. Be sure to let me know if you would like to delay a package because you can't pick it up in time, or the weather may not be in your favor.
Heat/ice packs cost extra, if you chose not to pay for them when I believe they are needed, the guarantee is void. I will also not ship if the temperatures are too extreme.
Once the bag is opened and you haven't contacted me within the timeframe, the guarantee is void.
If the fish looks sick/dying in the bag, you must send a picture to me within the one hour time frame. I assume no responsibility when your fish enter your tank. You are responsible for proper quarantine/parameters/cycles.

If your fish/invert is DOA you have to follow these steps otherwise the guarantee will be void.

You must get in contact with me within an hour of arrival.
You must provide a picture/video (videos would be the best) of the DOA in the unopened bag, and another with the DOA outside of the bag. These need to be clear photos.
Do not dispose of the DOA until we have been in contact.
If I accept the guarantee, you will receive either a replacement, credit, or refund for the DOA. Shipping will not be refunded.

All sales on livestock are final, you cannot return them.
